Dear Mr. President

Dear Mr. President,

    And now it’s the eve of Jenna’s wedding.  Again, I don’t want to spoil it for you.  All I wish is that you would spare a moment, on the happy day, to think of Sean Bell and his bride-to-bed back in November, 2006.  And then, spare another moment to think of that wedding party we bombed in Afghanistan, killing at least 20 wedding guests including women and childen, back in July, 2002. 

     When you have done that, then thank the Lord that your happy couple is not subject to the dangers that beset a  happy African-American couple in our country – or any couple at all in those countries we have so generously liberated.
