Dear Mr. President,
I’ve just been watching parts of Tim Russert’s funeral service.  There was a man!    Honest and brave and joyous, he brought hope to people all over the world.   Any of us who were able to watch Meet the Press or read his books, all over the world, could say “There is another America – the America we used to know and love.”
No, Sir, not your America.  Not the America of torture, of illegal war, of secret prisons, of “compassionate conservativism”  which is neither nor.  Tim Russert was a real “faith-based initiative” against all of your shams and falsehoods.  I am sorry he is dead.   Now we have to get together, all of us who believe in Tim Russert’s America, and restore that America as he was trying to do.
Sincerely, VNV

Mr. President,

I was looking for a plate form where i could share some of my true feelings with all of you. So i found wordpress provided me with a room where i would say something about tim russert.
Tim Russert, internationally respected political analyst and moderator of NBC News’ ‘Meet the Press,’ died unexpectedly and prematurely at age 58 on Friday the thirteenth of June 2008. He was such a great, Honest, brave, joyous & sincere person, i would also salute him for what he has done regarding his true identity “Meet the Press”. Russert will be truely remembered as one of the great host of the political oriented television running program. I cannot express my feelings in words about tim. I am such big fan of him. I cannot express my feelings about him, and cannot explain how it feels like not having him with us anymore. May his soul rest in peace.
thankyou
sincere regards.

Thank you for using my blog this way. I share your feelings entirely. And I would like other people to feel free to use this blog to share ideas with any and everyone, including and especially “still-President-Bush.”
