		<description>yep pretty amazing he didn&#039;t remove the presidential ban put in place by his father back when the Congress was controlled by Republicans, yet now it is all Dems fault right?  Why didn&#039;t he lift it in 2001, could it be Republicans wouldn&#039;t have supported it in Congress either because their constituents would have been POed and voted them out of office?

Quite politically convenient to pass the blame when he had a rubber stamp Congress for 6 years for which he did not lift the ban and ask a Republican Congress to drill for oil on the coasts.</description>
